Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can place orders by phone or online. Call our Sales Team on +44(0) 2476 651500 to place an order over the phone. To place an order online, you need your username and password. If you do not have this, call our Sales Team and they will happily give you your login details.

Q. I am a new trade customer, how do I open an account?

A. As long as you have a retail establishment, call our Sales Team on +44(0) 2476 651500 and they will send you a New Business Account Application. Once we get the form back, one of the Sales Representatives will contact you to book an appointment. If approved, HydroGarden will open an account for you. You will receive 10% off your first order and a display module suitable for the size of your shop.

Q. How do I get next day delivery?

A. Simply place your order by 2pm by phone or 3pm online. This service is only available in our courier area and is subject to availability.

Q. Can I pick up my order up from HydroGarden?

A. No, we don’t allow orders to be picked up from our premises by customers.

Q. What if I have a product to return?

A. If you have a product to return, speak to the Returns Department – call +44(0) 2476 651500. If you have a faulty or damaged item, the Returns Department will ask you a few questions and then arrange for collection. If it is faulty when it comes back, it will be tested and you will get a phone call to let you know the results. Following this, you will either receive a credit on your account or a replacement product. If it was damaged, the Returns Department will also need you to send a photo of the damaged product either by text or email. Following this you will either receive a credit on your account or HydroGarden will reissue the products.
